Precious Metal Inks for Brushing
These free-flowing liquid inks are applied onto the substrate by hand-brushing or by brushing machine. The products are a solution of organic precious metal and non-precious metal compounds and resins (and / or waxes) in a mixture of organic solvents and essential oils. The thickness of the liquid precious metal applied is critical in achieving satisfactory and economical results and application should be as even as possible.
Precious metals for decal
These products are pastes that are applied on transfer or decal paper by silkscreen printing to produce waterslide decals. The products can be described as a solution of organic precious and non-precious metal compounds and resins and/or waxes in a mixture of organic solvents and essential oils. The products can be applied by printing at a range of thicknesses. They are compatible with most types of water-slide transfer paper and cover-coats commercially available.
Precious metals inks for direct screening
Our direct screen-printing inks can be applied onto substrates using a variety of direct printing techniques. They are a solution of organic precious metal and non-precious metal compounds and resins (and/or waxes) in a mixture of organic solvents and essential oils. The thickness of the precious metal ink application is critical to the achievement of satisfactory, economical results. Application should be as even as possible – and please be aware that the end result of the fired decoration very much depends on both the application and the substrate.
